While taking a bus ride in the countryside, you can put on your folk songs and listen quietly as you feed on the beautiful landscapes. Whether you are spending a day by yourself sight seeing in the city or seated at the park, you can appreciate your music there as well. There are no boundaries, all you need is a portable device to save your best songs and you are set.

The beauty of live performance is that it makes you appreciates the intricate details that make up songs. You appreciate the drums, guitar, piano or flute that make up the blues, indie, emo or alternative music you love so much.

Clubs and discos also play high quality music and the sound definition of the songs is amazing. They are great place to appreciate good music such as blues, emo, indie or alternative songs. Depending on what each club plays you can be sure to have a wonderful time listening and dancing to the music. The best part is that you get to meet people from different walks of life. It is a good time to socialize. If you are intent on listening to particular music, you can find out in advance what is slotted in the play list. But whatever is played out by the disc jockeys, it’s sure to keep you entertained. You will appreciate the experience.

If going out is not your cup of tea, simply relax by yourself and enjoy great music at home. Your collection of emo, alternative, blue or music videos can be enjoyed at the comfort of your private place. To fully appreciate music this way, make time where all you will do is listening. Do nothing else except listen. It is a pleasurable way of enjoying your music collection and it is very relaxing. You can also appreciate music by playing it while doing your household chores.

Public occasions and religious celebrations are other platforms where you can appreciate songs. History of Hip Hop Dance

Posted by  in March 5th 2010

Hip Hop Dance has a dynamic history. From Breakdancing to the moonwalk from michael Jackson to Krump dancing to Bboy dancing to plain old head nodding. Everyone had their own way of expressing love
for hip hop dancing.

Hip Hop Dance History has people buzzing. Why you ask ? Because they are watching all these crazy Hip Hop dancing music videos on tv and they want to know the history of it. Where did this stuff come from.

The history of hip hop dance started with Breakdancing. It started around the late 1970s to early 80s. Breaking started in the south bronx new york. It was a form of Hip Hop dance that was used by street gangs to settle differences without using violence. This was a positive for black and peurtorican youths at the time. People were not losing there lives over bs ya know. One of the first Hip Hop Dance crews in History are the rocksteady crew.

They help usher in a new style of breakdancing that included acrobatic styles such as headspinning, windmills, backspins, waves and all that good stuff. The Rock Steady Crew dropped on the scene around 1979 to 1980.

They were encouraged by a legendary DJ by the name of Afrika Bambatta to use break dancing as a tool to achieve greatness. Afrikaa Bambatta was instrumental in pushing break dancing forward by motivating youth to pursue their love of the art form.

4 Best Ab Workout Tips – How To Get Hard Rock Six Pack Abs Fast!

Posted by  in February 20th 2010

People often ask me. What type of weight lifting routine should I follow? How many times I should weight lifting during a week/month? What is the appropriate amount of time to train with weights?

Well, here’s my 4 best ab workout tips, what you should follow in your routines to help you to burn stomach fat and get strong six pack abs fast.

1. Stop doing hundreds of ab exercises every day

This is the first mistake, where the most people will fall when they first thinking about to burn fat from the abs. Instead, you should follow a regular exercises, like dead lift, squats and press movements. Train your abs no more than 3 times a week and don’t waste all your time doing an endless crunch or sit-ups, the total time of training your abs should take about maximum 30min a week. (10min per workout)

2. Learn the correct technique first

You could waste all your time for nothing.. And in return, you will get a terrible back pain, for example if you perform ab crunches with incorrect technique. Consult with your personal trainer or with experienced people first if you are unsure. I had gained most of the results by asking from more experienced people.

3. Do not rush!

This is another common think, that I see often. In nowadays, people use to rush everywhere, and they use to be always busy, which is basic human character. When it comes to weight lifting, the sufficient amount of time is a must, if you want to burn fat through weight lifting. An opposite is bad either. Wasting too much time in the gym will rip you off as soon as possible.

4. Learn from experts

Do not afraid to ask advices and tips from more experienced athletes and trainers. Ab workouts done with a proper technique can be a very challenging by
just watching from pictures and supposing false things. I had so much great things, that have affected to my current physique by learning from others and I still looking for new thinks and advices by following the support for continual development.

What Are the Forms of Water Pollution?

Posted by  in February 20th 2010

There are many forms of water pollution. Pollution can come from Industry, Agriculture, human beings and animals — even Nature its self.

Some pollutants come from industrial waste. Like lead, mercury and chromium — these are know as ‘heavy metal’ pollutants.

Rain run off carries agricultural waste like herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides into the water system. The chemicals encourage the growth of certain types of algaes which can deplete water of its oxygen and destroy aquatic life.

Human and animal waste is one of the most significant forms of water pollution and dangerous bacteria in water has been a problem for centuries. Diseases like typhoid fever and cholera are waterborne and deadly.

People began adding chlorine (a toxic disinfectant) to the drinking water system. Very effective in killing off these deadly bacteria and it produced a spectacular reduction in illness and death. But records show a massive increase in cancers and heart disease beginning at the same time as this procedure was started. Coincidence?

Other forms of water pollution happen when Volcanoes erupt spewing ash, heavy metals, toxic gases (sulfur dioxide can combine with water vapor to form — Sulfuric Acid). Large storms, floods, droughts — any or all of these can lead to forms of water pollution. We all remember the deadly toxic brew in the streets of New Orleans after hurricane Katrina.

One of the most insidious forms of water pollution is pharmaceutical chemicals. Every day all over the world people dump left over medication down the drain. Excess Medications that totally pass through humans and animals wind up in the water system. The hormones from birth control pills are showing up in the watershed.

Science is only now beginning to understand the impact of these discarded drugs on the environment and animal life in the water.

With all these forms of water pollution it’s easy to see why people are concerned about the water they drink.

Corporate interests have played on those concerns with a huge marketing campaign pushing bottled water. The hype surrounding this stuff is almost manic and the reality is most bottled water is no better than tap water. In fact independent testing has proven — in the majority of cases the tap water was superior to bottled water. Add in the fact that all those plastic bottles are quickly accumulating in land fills everywhere and you have quite the exercise in futility.

Now many governments (local, state and federal) are now considering a a ban on bottled water in government facilities!

Professional health care workers are advising we increase our intake of water. Then we hear scare stories of all these forms of water pollution in our drinking water. When we grab the bottled water we are chastised for adding to the pollution problem!!

It is totally confusing! What the heck is the truth?!

Most water experts agree that the “two-stage carbon filtration system” is the best system to cleanse and purify tap water. But not all two-stage carbon filtration systems work equally as well.

The best selling tap water filtration system only removes 70% of the chlorine. Meaning it leaves behind 30%! And more people buy this than any other in the world!

Fortunately for us — the government demands any claims for water cleanliness must be backed up and proven with independent research.

Manufacturers must tell you the truth as to how well their product works at purifying tap water.

This makes it straight forward and simple to do your own research and find the water filtration system that will protect you and your family from all forms of water pollution.
